Our multidisciplinary care is coordinated through our centrally located hub at DHMC in Lebanon, NH as well as our four regional locations (Keene, Manchester, and Nashua, NH, and St. Johnsbury, VT) and 13 affiliated hospitals throughout NH and VT. This enables us to provide you the best possible care in the most convenient location for you, close to home.
