Everyone has stressful days but a cancer diagnosis can make relaxing seem even harder. Meditating can help anyone slow down, reduce anxiety and feel rested. Soothing music, nature sounds and soft lighting will create the right setting for sitting quietly for 15 minutes or the full hour.
