Funds donated to the Friends go directly to support experimental work by creative young investigators at the Cancer Center, allowing them to start the kind of research projects that can yield new knowledge and new therapies. Friends dollars also support the patient services that often aren't covered by insurance. Any gift can be made in honor of a special person.
