Patient Satisfaction

We regularly seek the input of our patients about their experiences at the Cancer Center. Through patient satisfaction surveys, we learn from our patients in such areas as quality of care, staff courtesy and concern, scheduling and facilities. These surveys help us identify areas that we may need to focus on, and they let us know how we are doing compared with our peers in cancer care.

Highlights of our recent surveys show that our patients responses rank the Cancer Center’s Radiation Oncology service in the 99th percentile compared with other cancer centers regionally, and in the 98th percentile nationally.

Other highlights include a patient satisfaction score of 93 (out of a possible 100) on our overall facility, a 91 for scheduling your visit, a 98 for Radiation Oncology services, and a 94 for Chemotherapy services.

Here are some quotes from our patient surveys, of which we are very proud!
