I Can Cope Classes

I Can Cope is an educational program co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society for people facing cancer, either personally, or as a family caregiver or friend.

Living with cancer can be one of the greatest challenges a person can face. I Can Cope offers help in meeting this challenge.

I Can Cope classes present straightforward facts and answers to your cancer-related questions about:

  • Diagnosis and treatment
  • Side effects of treatment
  • Self-care and wellness
  • Cancer-related fatigue
  • Financial concerns
  • Nutrition and exercise
When and Where Classes Are Offered

Our monthly class dates and locations are listed on our Events for Patients, Families, and the Community page.

There are no classes in August or December.
