Dartmouth Center of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence

The Dartmouth Center of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (DCCNE) is a Center of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (CCNE) designated by the National Cancer Institute. CCNEs are tasked with integrating nanotechnology into basic and applied cancer research in order to provide new solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The DCCNE brings together Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, Norris Cotton Cancer Center, and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth to focus on using magnetic nanoparticles to destroy malignant tumors.
