Summary

The goal of this study is to find people who have taken part in studies run by the Childrens Oncology Group and collect contact information and information about their current health. By keeping in touch with participants, doctors can learn more about the long-term effects of cancer treatment, how to reduce problems from treatment, and how to improve the quality of life of patients in the future.
