Summary
This study is being run in association with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and will study the effectiveness of a shared-approach to patient care for people who have had a Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HST). People who take part in this study will be randomly assigned to either receive all follow-up care at Dana Farber (standard treatment plan) OR to alternate follow-up visits between Dana Farber and their local oncologist.
