The Biological Mass Spec and Proteomics (BMSP) Shared Resource was established in 2024 to meet the growing demand for proteomics services at Dartmouth. BMSP offers quantitative and qualitative proteomics services using electrospray ionization (ESI) liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MSn) technologies, from targeted protein/peptide-centric analyses to large scale proteome-wide studies. Our services include sample preparation from cell pellets, protein enrichments, gel bands or purifications through LCMS data acquisition, quantification, and statistical analysis. We provide training in basic sample preparation and data analysis to trainees in the Dartmouth community.

Please acknowledge the Dartmouth Cancer Center Biological Mass Spec and Proteomics Shared Resource (RRID: SCR_026076) along with NCI Cancer Center Support Grant 5P30CA023108, in any publications or presentations.
